Before you send it.

The more you tell us, the faster we can match you to the right artist and the right kind of session. Before you submit, have a few of these ready — even rough is fine.

  • 1.What you want. A concept, a vibe, a few words. You don't need a finished design — or even one at all. Even just a desire to get tattooed is enough; we always have ideas.
  • 2.Reference photos if you have any you'd like to show an artist. Anything that captures the feeling.
  • 3.Body placement. Forearm, ribs, ankle — placement changes everything about how a piece reads. It's ok not to know a spot yet; just let us know if you have a general preference for an area, or we can help you choose.
  • 4.Rough size. Anywhere from dollar-bill size (about 6 inches) to a full sleeve, or anything in between. Estimates or general ideas are fine — a photo of the spot helps too.
  • 5.Timeframe. Do you live here, or are you traveling? Anytime is fine; if you're flying in from out of town, say so — we'll prioritize accordingly.
  • 6.Budget (optional). If money's tight, drop it in the budget field — this may affect overall size or detail level. We try to work with people, but compromises may be required to make it happen. No judgment.
  • 7.Artist preference (optional). Browse the artists page first if you want, or pick "any artist is fine" and we'll match you.

What happens next.

Your inquiry lands directly with one of our artists — not a manager, not an assistant, not an outsourced inbox. We answer in the order we receive, typically within 48 hours, sometimes the same day.

From there: a short back-and-forth to lock in the concept, a quote, and a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment slot if you decide you'd like to book. The deposit comes off the final price — it's not an extra charge. Full terms on the Cancellation & Deposit Policy page.

Some inquiries take longer than others — it depends on which artist you're matched with. Some have wait lists stretching weeks; others can fit you in within the week. If you're on a tight schedule, mention it in the form and we'll route accordingly.
